If you purchase our yearly plan, there is a 24 hour refund period, (with a $5 processing fee). After that time (one business day) we no longer offer refunds of any kind. If you choose our monthly plan, there are no refunds.

The SuperBoard runs most efficient using a high-speed or Broad-Band connection.
